I love these bags for all our farm fresh produce that we want to keep alive in the fridge. I store washed greens in them for crispier greens that remain fresh until I am ready to use them (2-3 days for lettuce and 6-8 days for heartier cooking greens). I simply wash them well in my salad spinner, spin them dry and then fill the bags. These are also great for keeping various produce separated so it can't touch each other, helping to keep everything fresher longer! I have several of these that I use and then wash as needed in our natural tea tree laundry detergent!~Niti
