Ingredients:
Arnica 30x, Bellis Pereness 6x, Hypericum 6x, Ledum 6x, Ruta Graveolens 6x, Calc-Fluor 3x, Calc-Phos 3x, Ferrum- Phos 3x, Kali-Mur 3x, Kali-Phos 3x, Kali-Sulph 3x, Mag-Phos 3x, Nat-Mur 6x, Nat-Phos 3x, Nat-Sulph 3x, Silica 6x.
Effective in finding relief from: minor joint pain, bruising, swelling, stiffness, muscle fatigue, swelling, soreness & pain due to overexertion, fall or minor accident.
Use: At onset take 2-3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes for first hour and a half (6 doses 15 minutes apart). THEN wait 4 hours before you take doses 7+ at the rate of 2-3 tablets every 4 hours until pain is tolerable or fully resolved. If need persists after 7 days you should consult a physician.
