If the farm made an error in submitting their inventory, made an error and forgot an item, or if the item was damaged and considered undeliverable, we will make a note on your order slip and let you know if you will be refunded or the product will be delivered next week. If you do not receive an item that you ordered and we do not have a note on your slip regarding the order, please contact us directly as we may have made an error, such as delivering it to the wrong place. In the event this does occur, we will do everything to make it right for you - please communicate with us.
