Uncured Smoked Ham
Ingredients: pork, water, salt, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, celery powder, cherry powder.
No nitrates or nitrites added except for that naturally occurring in celery powder.
These petite boneless sweetheart hams have been smoked to perfection. Just wrap tightly in parchment, place in the oven to heat for about 10 minutes per pound, slice and serve! I love to slice them thin with a sharp knife for a cheese and charcuterie platter or a little thicker and they make a nice supper plate!
