We do not accept any returned product once you have signed for and removed your order from the drop location. You must address any problems with your order at the time of pick up. Please check all your orders carefully by going through the printed receipt that is attached to all orders and ensure that you have collected all the items on the list. If something is damaged you must report it immediately. Once you leave the drop site with your CSA order, it is yours. If you get home and you find there is a problem with any of the product, please call Niti and notify her of the problem. She and the farmers will make it right for you.
