SIMPLE MAUI POKE - featuring NC species Niti's way
Niti's version of MAUI POKE:

INGREDIENTS                                                                  
1/4 cup minced shallot                                                           
2 tablespoons minced garlic                                       
2 tablespoons minced ginger root                              
1 tablespoons minced turmeric root                          
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds                              
3 tablespoons scallions thinly sliced                          
1 teaspoon sesame oil                                                                        
½ cup Coconut Aminos
1 lb. Sashimi Grade Tuna cubed (1/2” dice) *alternatives can be: Seriola Rivoliana *this is my favorite when rarely available*, Vermillion Snapper or Shrimp*
1 avocado cubed (1/2” dice)
4 pickled cukes peeled & cubed (1/2” dice)
1 cup grated radish (any variety) *optional*
 
METHOD
Whisk together the first 8 ingredients together to make the dressing. 
When ready to serve dress the last 4 ingredients. 
Serve in lettuce cups, in a plain Japanese bowl or on a bed of microgreen sunflower shoots & our ZESTY microgreen blend.
