Winter squashes are so good on their own, that barely any seasoning is needed. This recipe is so simple and easy. Use it with ANY WINTER SQUASH!

Ingredients
1 butternut squash (or any squash) - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 half cup of pork lard or beef tallow or ghee *each fat produces a new flavored dish! Enjoy this recipe with a different choice of fat each time*

real salt and organic ground black pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Toss butternut squash with choice of fat and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
