Cats and Dogs are carnivores. Feeding them RAW chicken is extremely healthy - especially when the chicken is REGENERATIVELY raised without arsenic or other toxic inputs. This is the BEST pet food you could offer your cats and dogs. We also offer Pork Tails and Ears, but our volume of those is limited so there is no pork pet bundle in place for subscriptions at this time.
Raw regenerative meats, bones and organs are far more satiating than kibble and so your pets will be full and stay full longer. They will also become a lot more docile.
Medium to Large Dogs can enjoy these chicken backs, feet, wing tips and necks raw, safely. I suggest you feed them outside. They will be very happy but this meal is messy. Some folks break the backs down before they feed the dogs but it is highly suggested you do not COOK THE BACKS. The dogs can handle raw bones more efficiently.
The backs, necks and feet with the livers offer an incredible balance of protein, minerals and fat. Dogs cannot over eat this natural goodness. They will get FULL.
Medium dogs should be offered 1/4 lb. of liver or half the pack per meal with one neck, one foot or 2 wingtips. Backs when divided into equal 6ths provide a medium dog with 6 meals to pair with the livers.
Large dogs should be offered 1/2 lb. of liver or the full pack per meal with one neck, one foot or 2 wingtips and a 1/4 chicken back.
When Dogs are being fed RAW - they can eat once every other day. Take the advice of a vet to learn how to transition your dog from eating conventional to going on a RAW regenerative meat diet.
Chicken necks are great for your dog or cat’s dental hygiene. On the farm the dogs get necks every morning and cats get necks 2-3 mornings a week. Never give your pets cooked chicken bones, including necks. Cooked chicken bones become very dry and brittle and can easily splinter inside your cat’s mouth or gastrointestinal tract.
Chicken Backs should be chopped for cats and small dogs and it's easier for medium dogs when they are partially chopped but big dogs enjoy them whole. You might want them chopped at least into quarters to make them last longer, avoid waste and create less of a mess.
Remove uneaten meat after 20 minutes and don’t feed anything that you wouldn’t eat yourself if it’s too old for you, it’s too old for your pets.
DOGS AND CATS SHOULD NOT EAT GRAINS OR PLANTS - THEY ARE CARNIVORES. Consult with a vet to learn how best to feed them. You may feel better JUST OFFERING THEM LIVERS. if so, we have an ALL LIVER subscription as well.
